A Montinac purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased indicator under the access terms shown at checkout. You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, republish, distribute, or expose private source code, invite-only access, documentation, or protected assets.
Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions and renew at the interval displayed at checkout until canceled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for the current paid period. Current billing terms presented by the checkout provider control if they differ from this summary.
Lifetime access is a one-time license for ongoing access to Summit for the supported commercial life of the Summit product and its invite-only delivery method. It does not include every future Montinac product, third-party platform fees, or a guarantee that TradingView or any market-data provider will remain available indefinitely.
TradingView access may require a verified TradingView username and may be revoked when a paid subscription ends or for refund, chargeback, abuse, credential sharing, or breach of these Terms. A customer is responsible for providing an accurate username and maintaining access to the associated account.
Roadmap products may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn. Features, compatibility, release order, and pricing may change before a production release. Displaying a concept does not create an obligation to release it.
The website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Montinac is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, platform downtime, data errors, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from product use.
