A Montinac purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product under the access terms shown at checkout. You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, republish, distribute, or expose private source code, compiled files, license keys, invite-only access, documentation, or protected assets.
TradingView access may require a verified TradingView username and may be revoked for refund, chargeback, abuse, sharing, or breach of these Terms. MetaTrader products may use license keys, activation limits, account identifiers, device identifiers, or remote validation.
Beta and roadmap products may change, fail, be delayed, or be withdrawn. Features, compatibility, and pricing may change before a production release. Montinac may refuse or terminate access where necessary to protect customers, systems, intellectual property, or legal compliance.
The website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Montinac is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, platform downtime, data errors, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from product use.
