Montinac may collect information you submit through checkout, waitlist, beta, access, and support forms, including your name, email address, product interest, TradingView username, platform details, order information, and support messages.
Payment information is processed by the configured checkout provider. Montinac should not directly store complete card information. Checkout, licensing, analytics, email, hosting, and customer-support providers may process data under their own policies.
Information may be used to provide products, verify purchases, grant access, issue licenses, deliver updates, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, improve products, and comply with legal obligations. Montinac does not sell personal information.
Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to stored submissions and webhook records, but no internet system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, broker credentials, private API keys, or unnecessary financial information.
To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data, contact support@montinac.com. Some transaction and compliance records may need to be retained.
