Because Montinac products may include immediate digital delivery, documentation, or invite-only TradingView access, refund eligibility may be limited after access or delivery has been provided.
The final refund terms displayed at checkout govern each purchase. Unless a product page or checkout states otherwise, requests should be submitted promptly through support with the order email and reason for the request. Duplicate purchases, confirmed technical incompatibility that support cannot resolve, or failure to receive purchased access may be reviewed individually.
Canceling a monthly or yearly subscription prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Renewal charges and lifetime purchases remain subject to the refund terms displayed at checkout and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Refunds are not promised for trading losses, dissatisfaction with market results, failure to follow installation instructions, unsupported symbols or timeframes, changed platform or broker rules, customer configuration errors, or violation of license terms.
An approved refund may result in immediate revocation of TradingView access, documentation, updates, and customer-portal access.
