Because Montinac products may include immediate digital delivery, software licenses, downloadable files, documentation, or invite-only access, refund eligibility may be limited after access or delivery has been provided.
The final refund terms displayed at checkout govern each purchase. Unless a product page or checkout states otherwise, requests should be submitted promptly through support with the order email and reason for the request. Duplicate purchases, confirmed technical incompatibility that support cannot resolve, or failure to receive the purchased access may be reviewed individually.
Refunds are not promised for trading losses, dissatisfaction with market results, failure to follow installation instructions, unsupported platforms, changed broker or prop-firm rules, customer configuration errors, or violation of license terms. Approved refunds may result in immediate revocation of TradingView access, license keys, downloads, updates, and customer-portal access.
